It’s official…I am back at school! I am so happy to be back with my students, especially during my favorite time of year. This week, we spent a lot of time catching up with each other and making sure we were all safe. We also started one of my favorite math units: multiplication! I have so many fun things planned for the next few weeks, so stay tuned for links and inspiration!

After a hurricane break, we’re back in school and ready to show off this week’s ✨Magical Outfits!✨ 

I love this question. As a teacher, your students are watching everything you do. The small actions can have a lasting effect. By dressing up for school, and wearing outfits that bring me joy (even if they are weird), I hope to teach my students the value of being themselves.

There is a lot of power in feeling good about what you wear, and the opinions of others sometimes keep people from making those choices. When my students see me, they see someone confident in who they are and, my goal is to empower them to be the same.
